Today, Lincoln had his 6 month checkup. He weighed in at 16 lbs., 10 oz. and was 27" tall so he's tall and skinny for his age group. He also got his 6 month shots and took them like a trooper. He didn't even cry today....just a whimper. He took a short nap and was back to speed "full throttle" by mid afternoon. He has been saying Dada Dada Dada a lot and a little "ba" and a little "ma". He is also sitting up by himself more and more and even getting up on his hands and knees. God help us when he becomes mobile :-)! He's a firecracker now and full of laughter! We let him go on his first day trip with Paw and Nana Stevens Saturday and it sure was quiet in the house. Both Mommy and Daddy got tons of work done, but they missed him! Also, Lincoln wants to wish Grandma and Granddad Downs a happy 52nd anniversary today. He misses them and looks forward to seing them soon.
