Lincoln took his first plane ride to San Antonio, Texas this weekend to visit our dear friends, Jerry and Michelle. They have their granddaughter Shor in for the summer so it was great to see her too. She has grown so much! Also, Christopher's old friend from college whom he hasn't seen in over 20 years came down from Austin, Texas with his wife, Holly and one of their daughters, Hannah.
Lincoln did great on all plane rides. He fell asleep as we backed away from the gate and slept until we were parked at a new airport. I wish I could sleep on planes like that....We were worried, but it all worked out. We had a great time and ate way too much good food! We went to The Alamo, went shopping at La Cantera (love it!), Northstar, and La Villita arts village. We had so much fun catching up with all of our friends. We miss them already and can't wait to see them again.
